William D. Kelly Jr., age 81, of Middleboro passed away after a long illness on December 23, 2022. Bill was raised and educated in Randolph where he graduated Stetson High School in 1959. Bill immediately started in construction and helped build countless houses in Randolph, Wareham, and Middleboro.

He was known for being a "passionate" fan of his children's sports teams and loved getting involved with the crowd...and the referees.
