In Loving Memory of Teresa DiVendra

Teresa DiVendra was born on August 10, 1932, in Riesi, Sicily. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love, family, and cherished memories.

Teresa’s greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her love for them was at the heart of everything she did. She had a passion for cooking and brought her family together through the meals she prepared with love. Sunday dinners at E Street held a special place in her heart, creating treasured traditions and memories that her family will carry with them forever. Teresa also loved dancing and spending as much time as possible at the beach, where she found happiness in the simple pleasures of life.

Teresa will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the warmth she brought into every room, and the special memories she created with those fortunate enough to know her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on through the family she loved so dearly, the traditions she passed down, and the countless memories that will forever remain in their hearts.

Teresa was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph R. DiVendra; her sons, Joseph C. DiVendra and Charles R. DiVendra; her daughters, Frances T. Viola, Maria C. Null, and Teresa Minkin; and her grandchildren, Franca M. Clay, Vanessa T. Townsend, Teresa M. Loftus, and BJ Loftus.

She leaves behind her loving daughter, Gina DiVendra; her 10 grandchildren; her 23 great-grandchildren; and her two great-great-grandsons, Hunter and Greyson Lavoie. Her family was her greatest blessing, and the love she shared with each generation will continue to live on for years to come.

Theresa enjoyed sharing her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses with everyone she encountered. Though Teresa may no longer be with us in person, her love will remain in every family gathering, every Sunday dinner, every song that brings us to dance, and every beautiful day spent by the sea.

She will be loved, missed, and remembered forever.
