Noel A. Nickerson

Noel Nickerson, born November 7, 1943, passed away peacefully at home on June 21, 2026. She was a wonderful mother, devoted friend, and cherished neighbor.

Noel graduated from Weymouth High School in 1961 and later married William F. Odell Sr., with whom she shared her beloved son, William F. Odell Jr. “Billy”.

Noel will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.

Noel was a deeply devoted mother to Billy - they shared a special bond and were lifelong animal lovers.

Noel worked many years in the insurance industry and also served as an EMT, reflecting her caring and compassionate nature. She had a gift for making others feel truly cared for and loved.

Noel also enjoyed auto racing and worked for many years at the racetrack in Hudson, NH. Most Sundays you could find Noel in the Snack Shack or volunteering in the pits.

She is survived by her loving son, William F. Odell Jr., their cat Petunia and was predeceased by her brother, Merrill “Tony” Nickerson. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Burial will be private, donations may be made in her memory to Croix health.
