Lorraine E. Gould Doyle

Lorraine Elizabeth Doyle (Gould) 69, passed away peacefully at home on April 30, 2026.

Lorraine was raised and educated in Weymouth and was a graduate of Weymouth High School, Class of 1975. She began her working career at the Massachusetts State Lottery, where she met her first husband, Bradley Thomas. She later worked for Liberty Mutual and was a longtime employee at the Union Brew House in Weymouth, where she was a familiar and welcoming presence to many.

Lorraine married her husband, Daniel Doyle, in 2018 after sharing their lives together since 2010. She had a natural gift for decorating and took great pride in creating a warm and inviting home. She also was an avid gardener and will be remembered for her thoughtful nature and kind spirit. She will be greatly missed especially by her devoted dog, Rocky.

She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Doyle of Weymouth; her son, Brian Thomas of Whitman; and her granddaughter, Vayda. She is also survived by her siblings, Diane Lane, Robert Gould, Joanne Piazentinos, Donna Rizzo, and Trish Reidy.

She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Barbara Gould, and her siblings, Maureen Mann and Carol Gould.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant Street, Weymouth. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church, South Weymouth. Burial will immediately follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, South Weymouth.
