James C. Wolf

James C. Wolf, age 67, passed away after saying goodbye to his children and grandchildren on Friday, January 20, 2023. Jimmy was raised and educated in Weymouth. He graduated Norfolk County Agricultural High School in 1975. After school he worked for Consolidated Peterbuilt in Foxboro for four years, Best Equipment for five years then moved on to start a long standing career with the Town of Sharon DPW where he rose to the title of Foreman/Master Mechanic and retired in 2018 after 30 years. After Jimmy retired, he was an active Papa in his grandchildrens lives.

Jimmy married his wife, Judy, in 1978 and they settled in Abington for 15 years where they started a family then moved to Hanson where they have lived for the last 30. Jimmy was passionate about HAM Radio and has been an operator for over 30 years with the callsign N1JCW (formerly N1OIU). He also enjoyed camping with his family, metal fabrication work, and tinkering in his garage.

Jimmy was a loving, strong, caring, determined husband, father, papa, brother and friend. He will be missed by many.

Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife Judith Wolf (Walsh) of Hanson, his children Robyn Wolf of Berkley, and Michael Wolf and his wife Amanda of CT, his grandchildren Cole, Ryder, Dakota, and Jesse, and his siblings Bob Wolf, Lynda Corn, Brian Wolf, Roy Wolf, Betty Jean Harkin, and the late Donny Wolf.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Jimmy on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA from 3-6pm. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 6pm in the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
