Fabiano Santos, 49, passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2026.
Born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Fabiano later made his home in Weymouth, Massachusetts, where he built a life centered around his family and the people he loved.
Fabiano loved soccer, enjoyed going to the gym, and loved to cook. He was hardworking and dedicated, but above all, his family was the most important part of his life.
Fabiano shared 14 years with his wife, Kaylee. He was a loving father to his seven children: Ana Paula, 28; Raynara, 27; Nicoly, 19; Noah, 11; Khloe, 10; Khora, 10; and Ivy, 6. His children were an incredibly important part of his life, and they will carry their father’s love and memory with them always.
Fabiano is also survived by his brother, Woxiton Lopes dos Santos, and his wife, Celia Aparecida Martins; his sister, Ana Patrícia Lopes Santos Silvério, and her husband, Éder Júnio Silvério; and his sister, Vanessa Lopes Santos, and her husband, Jusemar Sargaço Neto.
He is also survived by his parents-in-law, Steven and Cindy, along with many extended family members and friends in both the United States and Brazil.
Fabiano was predeceased by his beloved mother, Nilza Pereira Lopes dos Santos.
Fabiano’s sudden passing has left an unimaginable emptiness in the lives of those who loved him. He will be remembered for his love for his family, his strength, and the life he built here while always carrying his Brazilian roots with him.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Fabiano on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant Street (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth, MA 02190. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home immediately following the visitation at 7:00pm.
May Fabiano rest peacefully, surrounded by the love that meant so much to him throughout his life.
