Eleanor 'Ellie' Reppucci

Eleanor “Ellie” Reppucci (Wilson), age 79, of S. Weymouth passed away at home with her loving family by her side on Sunday, September 12, 2021. Ellie was raised and educated in Jamaica Plain and graduated Jamaica Plain High in 1959. She married her husband, Michael, in 1962. They started a family together in Dorchester then settled in Weymouth in 1967 where they have lived ever since.

Ellie was always very active in the Weymouth Community; as a dedicated member and Deacon of Old South Union Church, volunteer at the Weymouth Food Pantry, and longtime member of the Garden Club. Ellie worked as a Cafeteria Manager for various Weymouth Schools for 20 years until retirement. Ellie also worked at Levaggi’s Candies in S. Weymouth for many years.

Ellie was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael Reppucci. She is survived by her loving children Lisa Pearce and her husband Jim of Weymouth, David Reppucci and his wife Linda of TX, and Susan Volpe and her husband Bob of OK, her grandchildren Nicole, Nicholas, Katherine, Julie, Jonny, Emily, and Max, four great-grandchildren, and her sister Marjorie Davies.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Ellie on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 4-8pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA 02190. At the families request we strongly encourage the use of a face covering for the visiting hours and service. Relatives and friends will gather in the Funeral Home Friday morning at 10am for a Celebration of Life prior to the funeral service which will begin promptly at 11am in the Old South Union Church located at 25 Columbian St. S. Weymouth, MA. Burial will be at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery, Weymouth. Donations in memory of Ellie may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute located at 101 Columbian St. S. Weymouth, MA.
