William Colby

William J. Colby Jr., age 78, of Quincy passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Bill was born and raised in Weymouth. He raised his four daughters in various south shore communities. Bill worked as a cleaner for many local office buildings. He truly lived for his family most especially his grandchildren.

Bill is the loving father of Sherry Colby of North Carolina, Bonnie Codling and her husband Corey of New Hampsire, Donna Shea and her husband Ronald of Weymouth, and the late Paula Jean, grandfather of Brandon, Ashley, George, Justin, Sabrina, Cassandra, Tasha, Skylar, Mark, and Emmaleigh. Bill is also survived by his siblings Ronald Colby, Cindy Knight, Robert Colby, Jimmy Colby, and Kenny Colby.

Funeral arrangements for Bill will be private due to the current viral crisis.
