Wanza Hampton

Wanza Lee Hampton, age 32, of Weymouth passed away suddenly in his sleep on January 3, 2020. Wanza was a lifelong resident of Weymouth and has worked in the South Shore Hospital kitchen since he was in High School. He enjoyed cooking, drawing, and anime. Wanza was a fun person who enjoyed talking to people.

Wanza was predeceased by his mother, Patricia Edwards. He is survived by his siblings James Hampton of Weymouth, Joshua Paulo of Taunton, and Melanie Dustin of Brockton, his father Wanza Hampton and many loving aunts and uncles.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Wanza on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 4-7pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA 02190. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home following the visitation at 7pm. Cremation will follow.
