Sylvia F. Thompson

Sylvia F. Thompson, age 94, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, September 10, 2018.
Sylvia was a long-time active member at the First Baptist Church of Weymouth. She was devoted to her Savior, Jesus.
Sylvia was the loving wife of the late Alfred Thompson. She is survived by her devoted children, Cheryl Ferguson and her husband Stephen of Hanson, Kenneth Thompson and his wife Christine Chaisson of Weymouth and Matthew Thompson and his wife Lauren of Abington. She also leaves seven grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours for Sylvia on Friday, September 14 from 4-8 PM in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth. Relatives and friends will gather for a Celebration of Sylvia’s Life on Saturday, September 15 at 10 AM in the First Baptist Church of Weymouth, 40 West St. in S. Weymouth. Burial will be in Village Cemetery in Weymouth.
